A LandAmerica Home Warranty includes:
- Trade Call Fee Guarantee – You’ll never pay a service fee unless our contractors actually perform a service.
- Industry Leading Plumbing Coverage – Ours is the only plan that includes shower valves, in-line shut off valves, pressure regulators and septic tank pumping, all in the basic price.
- Fax/email/Internet Discount – If a service request is made by internet, fax or email instead of phone, the Trade Call fee is discounted by $5.00.
- Maximum Upgrade Option – While most warranties offer an upgrade with a $250 limit to correct code violations, the LandAmerica maximum upgrade covers up to $500.
- Contractor Flexibility – The LandAmerica Home Warranty offers the homeowner the ability to obtain a contractor of their choice, within certain limitations.
